East Midlands Cyber Security Cluster will be at MIRA Technology Park later this year to talk about how small businesses can build security.

EMCSC co-founder Dr Ismini Vasileiou is speaking at that latest meeting of Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council’s Business Network events on Wednesday 3 December.

The theme of the funded session is Cyber Security and Unlocking AI in Business and it will bring together a number of expert speakers to give practical insights to SMEs.

There will also be lunchtime networking and the opportunity for guests to connect with key organisations, with insights into support available for businesses and their employees.

The speakers are:

• East Midlands Cyber Security Cluster.  Dr Vasileiou will present on the subject of Cyber Security – Think You’re Too Small? Why Cyber Criminals Disagree
• Pall-Ex. David Dunhill, Group Chief Technology Officer, will present on How businesses can approach using AI – and the Implications
• Hinckley BID. Helen Crouch, Hinckley BID Manager, will discuss how to Unlock Your Potential: Free Unlimited Training Courses for Local Businesses with Seedl!
• Hastings High School. Lisa Bingley, Operations Director, and Graeme Bonser, Assistant Headteacher, will talk about Breaking Down the Barriers of Work Experience.

Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council Chief Executive, Bill Cullen, will also provide a short talk.
